ROBOT's core business is advertising. We have expanded as a television commercial production house on the one hand, and on the other, we have also established a graphic advertising division to provide a total communications service. Our long established Web advertising team has also continually demonstrated great success from television and Internet in the arena of cross-media communication production.

Television Commercial Production

ROBOT makes television commercials and we get involved in producing right from the outset of planning. We have hired top directors in our staff and our producers strive to take a forward thinking stance and a hands-on role in projects right from the planning stages to ensure high cost effectiveness and to also guarantee a commercial that meets the expectations of every client. In addition, we have many success stories in cross-media production not only in television commercials but also with various other communication media.

Web Advertising

The ROBOT Web production team has been highly acclaimed as a creative production team making websites of high-end design and usability since the early days of the Internet. Recently, using skills honed initially from TV commercial production, they have also incorporated skills from creating websites such as for car manufacturers, sites with high animation content, in-house corporate resources etc., creating a grand cross-media advertising platform from which to produce outstanding results.

Graphic Advertising

As a graphics division for a movie and television commercial production company ROBOT’s design team has forged-out its own evolution. From the time of its establishment, riding on the back of the success of its eye-catching posters, TV commercials, and newspaper advertising, they have also experienced the same success in the creation of posters for feature films. Due to our success in such areas as these we are thus able to offer a comprehensive communications service producing everything from product branding to original contents.

Motion Picture and Contents Business

From 1995 ROBOT has taken up the motion picture business and has managed to constantly produce results as a production company that focuses seriously on both good investment and solid business return. On the one hand we have a team specializing in television and Internet image content production, while on the other we are praised widely for our high standards of quality and business performance. From here on, we will continue to vividly represent all manner of media ranging from cinema to PCs to mobile phones in our role as a comprehensive content business.

Motion Picture Production

ROBOT took up the motion picture production business starting with the 1995 movie “Love Letter”. In a period when the Japanese movie industry experienced a re-vitalization, by teaming-up talented directors and producers we were able to achieve high quality results. We are now able to play a significant role in the expansion of the Japanese film industry. Also, from early on we have capitalized on our investment in motion picture production and are continually working to develop our business approach more aggressively and on numerous fronts.

Animation Production

With a history of continual award winning in the field of opening CGI movies for game software, ROBOT has a reputation for its high quality images and high entertainment value. In particular, we have produced numerous outstanding examples of CGI working with movie directors. Our “Animation Studio CAGE” with its core of animators, creates characters overflowing with originality and has developed many in a wide range of areas for TV programs, commercials, publishing, and Web etc. We are expanding our business to a huge variety of areas worldwide.

Mobile Content

ROBOT has also been fast on the uptake to develop content for mobile phones. The official paid game site “ i ZooKeeper” has the largest membership of the i-mode puzzle game site. Presently 4 telecommunications carriers in both the international and domestic markets are using our content. ROBOT also delivers image content we produce for mobile phones and interactive programs we produce. From hereon, we will continue planning mobile and PC content as a form of media, and further develop content compatible with a wider range of media.
